Name transfer is unavailable because the public name-registration contract is not certified. No propose/accept flow, timeout, subname behavior, agent binding, fee, wallet approval, SDK call, or transaction recipe is released.
Do not transfer value, drain an account, change an agent setup, or sign a transaction based on historical name behavior. A future release must define ownership, consent, expiry, conflict, recovery, subname, and wallet-review semantics and exercise them end to end against the active runtime and genesis.
