This section is not a complete exchange-integration kit and does not certify a listing, custody provider, HSM, Mesh/Rosetta server, deposit flow, withdrawal flow, or mainnet migration. The only registered public-network identity is value-less, resettable testnet 69420; its current health is separately observed as stale/degraded. Do not use real funds.
What is safe to evaluate

- Read-only native RPC response shapes documented in the current SDK.
- Address conversion and local ML-DSA-65 signing primitives in exactly
@monolythium/[email protected]. - The gaps that must close before custody or listing.
What remains unavailable or unverified

- A certified production transaction, deposit, withdrawal, or hot-wallet flow.
- Protocol-enforced spending policy or agent-wallet autosigning.
- An in-tree bridge or Foundation-operated production route.
- A released SLH-DSA account, backup-key, or emergency-rotation path.
- A vendor-specific HSM or custody certification from these docs.
- A production webhook, receipt-export, or hosted signing service.
