Network parameters
The registry defines a value-less, Foundation-operated development-testnet identity that may reset without notice. It does not prove that the network is progressing. Do not use real funds; verify identity and observed health separately before every connection.

Chain ID alone is not identity. Halt if the full genesis, release provenance, or registry profile differs. A successful identity comparison still says nothing about progress or freshness.

The endpoint reported peer-relative sync state, but finalized state and observed rounds were not progressing and most reported peers were lagging or stale. A node can be synchronized with a stalled peer set, so state: "synced" is not a liveness proof. The safe executable checks and update semantics are in Reproducible public-testnet probes.
Mainnet
Section titled “Mainnet”Chain ID 69422 is reserved. Mainnet is not running, and no mainnet genesis, binary release, public endpoints, initial operator cohort, or launch date is announced here.
Capability boundary
Section titled “Capability boundary”This page does not claim activation of a name registry, CLOB, delegation, oracle, privacy amount path, proof verifier, streaming payment, agent commerce, spending policy, escrow, bridge, or emergency-key module. Verify any future state-changing surface separately against the exact runtime and its release evidence.
