Name registration is unavailable. These docs do not certify namespaces, charset, pricing, availability, reserve, renewal, wallet review, module address, SDK request, or transaction-submission behavior against the active runtime.
Do not pay for, advertise, reserve, or rely on a *.mono name based on historical UI, whitepaper, code, or package symbols. A name is not an address, legal identity, authentication proof, agent grant, or transaction authority.
A future release must publish exact runtime and genesis activation, namespace and normalization rules, pricing and renewal terms, reserve policy, conflict behavior, wallet review, SDK/RPC contracts, receipts, explorer rendering, and end-to-end tests before this page becomes actionable.
