Monarch OS is expected to deliver node components as part of a versioned, immutable appliance image. No product extension, component manifest, build recipe, filesystem layout, or activation procedure is a supported public contract today.

A future release must bind every component to the image version, publish checksums and provenance, identify the compatible node/runtime revision, support rollback, and prove that an operator cannot silently introduce an unreviewed component.

Until that release exists, source directory names and historical package names are implementation notes, not installable products.
