There is no publicly certified Monarch OS image or installation procedure. Do not build, download, flash, provision, or connect operator hardware from historical instructions or an unverified artifact.
Required release evidence
Section titled “Required release evidence”A future operator image must publish an immutable version, checksums, signature-verification policy, provenance, dependency inventory, supported-hardware matrix, secure installation guide, recovery path, and end-to-end test evidence. The guide must identify the exact network and make clear whether public operator enrollment is available.
Those gates are incomplete. The registered development-testnet profile remains Foundation operated, value-less, and resettable; that registration does not assert current liveness.
