Peer transport must be bound to the complete chain identity and authorized operator identity. This public page intentionally omits wire protocol names, internal types, private roster paths, log queries, metrics, and diagnostic RPC calls because they are release-specific and are not continuously exercised here.
Do not change a peer identity, operator key, roster, or production network from this design note. For the value-less testnet, use authenticated operator instructions shipped with the exact runtime release and confirm the full registry, genesis, and binary provenance before troubleshooting.
