No production Mesh-compatible construction, exchange signer, transaction envelope, funded-account test, or submission procedure is certified by these docs. Do not derive a recovery phrase, create a key, enable a signer, construct an envelope, or move funds from historical source paths or examples.
ML-DSA-65 local primitives in the exact TypeScript SDK are useful for deterministic tests, but they do not establish an exchange integration, custody adapter, fee/nonce contract, HSM boundary, or active economic write path.
A future construction guide must pin the exact public release and genesis, publish a versioned wire contract, use isolated valueless test keys, exercise malformed and replay cases, and pass independent custody and end-to-end review before becoming actionable.
