Monarch Desktop is intended to be a human-approved operator console for Monarch OS. There is no certified public pairing, provisioning, credential-import, or privileged-action procedure today.

Do not copy endpoints, certificates, ports, configuration shapes, or commands from historical drafts. The Foundation-operated development testnet is not an operator-enrollment offer.

A future public procedure must be tied to a signed release, define certificate issuance and revocation, authenticate the node and workstation, minimize privileges, require explicit review for mutations, and include rollback and recovery evidence. Until those gates are met, use this page only as a design-status record.
