No Monolythium exchange withdrawal flow is certified by this documentation. Testnet 69420 is value-less and resettable. Keep withdrawals, automated signing, and real-funds custody disabled.
This page intentionally contains no transaction builder, nonce allocator, pre-signed outbox, fee estimator, signer, submit method, replacement strategy, or retry recipe. The current public docs have not established those pieces as a coherent production contract. Prototype MCP wallet, preflight, policy, and outbox tools must not be used to authorize or protect withdrawals.
A future flow requires exact-version envelope and signing specifications, HSM/custody certification, protocol-enforced controls where claimed, unambiguous submission outcomes, idempotency, reconciliation, transaction review, recovery, and adversarial end-to-end testing.
