Genesis Preparation & Public Testnet Readiness

Monolythium provides an official genesis preparation dashboard for participants who wish to signal their intent to be included in the genesis state of the public testnet and, subsequently, mainnet.

What This Dashboard Is​

  • A genesis preparation and opt-in signaling interface.
  • A coordination tool for participants preparing for the public testnet.
  • A way to register a Monolythium address for potential inclusion in the genesis state.

What This Dashboard Is Not​

  • It is not a token launch, presale, or distribution mechanism.
  • It is not a reward system or incentive program.
  • It does not issue, transfer, exchange, or distribute tokens.
  • It does not guarantee any outcome, allocation, or entitlement.

Key Facts​

  • No tokens exist today. Tokens, if any, are created as initial state at genesis. They do not exist prior to that event.
  • Participation is optional and non-binding. Opting in does not obligate any party.
  • Indicative amounts are non-binding. Any amounts displayed are indicative upper bounds derived from participation signals. They do not represent guaranteed or fixed allocations.
  • This preparation phase will close prior to mainnet launch. A cutoff date will be announced in advance.

Who Can Participate​

The dashboard checks eligibility based on qualifying participation on the Solar (SXP) or Qredit (XQR) networks. Eligible categories include:

  • Individual wallet holders (self-custody)
  • Custodial wallets (exchanges and custodians must opt in as custodians on behalf of their users)

Exchanges and custodial wallets are eligibility categories, not recipients. They must complete the opt-in process as custodians.

How It Works​

  1. An eligible source-chain address is checked against the eligibility set.
  2. If eligible, the participant provides a Monolythium address for potential genesis inclusion.
  3. The participant verifies ownership of the source-chain address through a minimal on-chain transaction.

This process is solely for coordination and ownership verification. It does not constitute a payment, transfer, or exchange of value.

After Verification​

Once your ownership verification is confirmed, no further action is required at this stage. Here is what to expect:

  • Wait for testnet and mainnet. Genesis balances are created at network launch — not before.
  • Indicative amounts are non-binding. The amount shown during opt-in is an indicative upper bound. Final amounts, if any, will be determined at mainnet genesis and may differ.
  • Participate on testnet. When the public testnet launches, we strongly encourage all eligible participants to actively use it — send transactions, interact with dApps, delegate to validators, and help stress-test the network. Active testnet participation helps accelerate the testing phase and increases the likelihood of inclusion in the mainnet genesis.
  • Stay informed. Follow official channels for announcements about the testnet launch date and preparation phase cutoff.
Testnet Participation Matters

Participants who actively test and transact on the public testnet demonstrate real engagement with the network. This helps the team identify issues faster, shortens the path to mainnet, and is a factor in final genesis inclusion decisions.
